to Learn, to Nourish, to Create.

This course is centered on the Slöjd (handicraft) pedagogy originating from Scandinavian Countries, an experiential educational approach that respects the natural development of children. Slöjd emphasizes "thinking through the hands." We believe woodcraft is not merely a skill but a learning process that aids a child's growth, nourishes their inner being, and fosters creativity. The course goal is not to produce perfect finished objects, but rather to focus on the complete process: learning how to use tools safely, how to solve problems encountered along the way, how to engage in a dialogue with materials, and how to unleash creativity. Through this, we aim to train concentration, patience, willpower, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities, while also cultivating a cherish and respectful attitude towards natural materials. Our curriculum is designed to progress from simple to complex and be multi-faceted, adapting to the physiological and psychological characteristics of children aged 8-18 at various stages.
