   僅接受因 「運輸損壞、產品質量問題」或「商品與描述明顯不符」 而提出的退貨申請。如商品無上述問題，恕不接受無理由退貨或退款。以上適用於購買木雕刻工具，木材及木工藝品由於是天然材料及全手工製作，不存在產品質量問題。

2. 退貨流程

   · 請於收貨後 48小時內 聯繫客服，提供訂單編號、商品損傷照片或問題說明。

   · 我們將於3個工作日內審核並回覆是否接受退貨。

   · 如退貨申請獲批准，我們將提供退貨地址與指示。

3. 運費與退款

   · 退貨運費需由客戶承擔（包括寄回商品的運費）。

   · 如確認屬於商品本身問題或運輸損壞，我們將全額退款（不含運費），退款將於7個工作日內退回原付款帳戶。

   · 若非商品問題而退貨，我們可能根據情況扣除相應處理費用。

4. 特殊商品說明

   · 木雕工具：如雕刻刀、鑿具等，如因質量問題可申請退換，但已使用或人為損壞恕不接受退貨。

   · 木雕工藝品：因手工製作特性，每件作品可能存在天然木紋、色澤等自然差異，不屬於質量問題。

   · 定制商品（如刻字、定制圖案、特殊規格工具等）恕不接受退貨，除非出現重大質量瑕疵。定制商品的退換與解決方案，將由本公司保留最終決定權。

   · 退貨商品必須保持原始狀態（包括完整包裝、配件、說明書等），不可有人為使用、安裝或損傷痕跡。

Wood Carving Tools and Handicrafts Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing our wood carving tools and handicrafts. We are committed to providing professional, high-quality products and ensuring a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read the following return and refund terms carefully:

 

1. Scope of Returns

   We only accept return requests due to "shipping damage, product quality issues," or "significant discrepancy between the product and its description." If the product does not fall under the above circumstances, returns or refunds without reason are not accepted.

   Note: The above applies to the purchase of wood carving tools. For wood materials and wood handicrafts, as they are made from natural materials and entirely handmade, there are no product quality issues.

2. Return Process

   · Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide the order number, photos of the damage, or a description of the issue.

   · We will review and respond to your return request within 3 business days.

   · If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Shipping Costs and Refunds

   · Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including the cost of shipping the product back to us).

   · If the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), which will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

   · If the return is not due to a product issue, we may deduct corresponding handling fees based on the situation.

4. Special Product Notes

   · Wood Carving Tools (e.g., carving knives, chisels, etc.): Returns or exchanges may be requested for quality issues (e.g., blade defects, structural looseness, etc.). However, returns are not accepted for products that have been used or damaged due to improper handling.

   · Wood Carving Handicrafts: Due to the handmade nature of these items, natural variations in wood grain, color, etc., may occur and are not considered quality issues.

   · Customized Products (e.g., engraved items, custom patterns, special specification tools, etc.) are not eligible for return, except in cases of significant quality defects. The company reserves the final decision on returns, exchanges, or solutions for customized products.

 

5. Important Notes

   · Returned products must be in their original condition (including complete packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.), with no signs of use, installation, or damage caused by human handling.

   · The company reserves the final right to interpret and decide on all return requests.
